About
The prop trader
operating system.
Proplysis decodes your firm's exact rules, tracks every account against them in real time, and is free when you buy your challenge through us.
The problem we solve
Prop firm traders lose funded accounts to rule violations more often than to market losses. Trailing drawdown floors that move intraday. Consistency rules that disqualify a profitable month because one day was too good. Daily loss limits enforced at the tick. News blackouts. Platform-specific quirks. Firms document these rules — often in dense terms-of-service language buried behind signup walls — but the cognitive overhead of tracking them in real time, across multiple accounts, across multiple stages, is enormous.
The existing tools are either generic journals that ignore firm rules entirely, or marketplace pages that list challenge prices without explaining what you are actually agreeing to. Neither gives you a live, rule-aware picture of where you stand right now, on the account you are actively trading.
What Proplysis does
We build and maintain a structured database of firm rules — drawdown type and floor, daily loss limits, consistency percentages, minimum trading days, EA and news policies, payout mechanics — for every firm we support. Rules are stored as typed columns, not free text, so we can compute against them. When you link a trading account, the dashboard knows your firm, your stage, and your exact rules, and it evaluates your live account against them continuously.
The result is a dashboard where you can open Proplysis and immediately see: current drawdown floor and how far you are from it, daily loss used today, consistency score against your firm's specific cap, minimum trading days progress, and a binary payout eligibility checklist — all without manually cross-referencing your firm's terms.
What we stand for
Real data only
Every number you see in your dashboard comes from your actual trade history — nothing projected, nothing fabricated. If a metric needs more data before it's reliable, we tell you that instead of showing a confident-looking zero.
Verified reviews
Reviews are locked behind a purchase confirmation. You cannot leave a review on a firm you did not buy from through us. That restriction makes our review section smaller — and far more trustworthy.
Accurate costs
We show the true cost to funded: challenge fee, activation fee, monthly fee multiplied by expected months, reset cost. Not just the headline challenge price. No one should be surprised by what a funded account actually cost them.
Firm rules as they are
We do not soften or rewrite firm rules to make them sound more appealing. If a firm has a strict intraday trailing drawdown that catches most traders, we show it clearly — and explain what it means. Our goal is informed decisions, not closed sales.
How we sustain this
Proplysis earns affiliate commissions when traders buy their challenges through our links. The firm pays us; you pay exactly what you would buying direct. The dashboard is free because the commission covers it.
That alignment matters. We earn when you choose a firm and buy. We earn more when you pass, get funded, and come back for another challenge. Our incentive is to give you accurate information so you pick the right firm and understand the rules well enough to stay funded — not to push the highest-commission firm or hide anything that might slow a conversion.
