Proplysis is a trading journal and analytics platform — a software and information tool only. Proplysis is not a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, exchange, bank, commodity trading advisor, commodity pool operator, or investment, financial, legal, or tax adviser, and it is not registered with or regulated by any financial authority. Nothing on the platform is a recommendation, solicitation, or advice to buy, sell, or hold any instrument, or to enter any trade or strategy. This Risk Disclosure forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Trading futures, forex, and other leveraged products carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You could lose all of your initial investment, and potentially more than your initial investment. Leverage can work against you as much as for you. Risk capital is money you can afford to lose without jeopardizing your financial security or lifestyle; only risk capital should be used for trading, and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider it. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your circumstances and financial resources.

Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown; in fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program.

One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. Prop-firm evaluation and funded accounts are frequently provided in simulated or demo environments. Where Proplysis displays performance, equity, or analytics derived from such accounts, those results may reflect simulated rather than live market conditions and may differ materially from results in a live account.

Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. No metric, projection, alert, probability, or other output on the platform is a promise or guarantee of any outcome, of passing or keeping a prop-firm account, or of any payout. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your own decisions, market conditions, and your prop firm's and platform's rules and actions.

Proplysis computes metrics and tracks rules using firm program data and your connected-account data. Firm rules change, platform data can be delayed or incomplete, and computations may contain errors. Always confirm critical rules, balances, and compliance directly with your prop firm and trading platform. Compliance with your firm's rules, and responsibility for your trading, remain yours.

Proplysis earns affiliate commissions. When you use one of our links or codes to purchase a prop-firm challenge, the firm pays us a commission for the referral. You pay the same price you would pay going direct — there is no markup to you — and those commissions are what make dashboard access free. This is a paid, material connection, and you should assume that any prop-firm link, code, deal, or recommendation on the platform is affiliated. An affiliate relationship is not an endorsement or guarantee of any firm, and you should evaluate any firm independently before purchasing.

Reviews and testimonials on Proplysis come from verified purchasers and reflect those individuals' own experiences. They may not be representative of other users, and they are not a guarantee of future performance or success. Individual results vary.
