35% best-day rule on the funded (SimFi Performance) stage only: "Your top profit day (Best day) must be no more than 35% of your total profit for the period you want to request a payout." It gates payouts rather than failing the account ("If one day exceeds this limit, you don't lose your account; you simply need to continue trading to increase your total profit.") and both the best day and the performance figure reset after each payout.

Payout caps are a per-size table that also steps up with the payout number (payouts 1-2, 3-4, then 5 and beyond), and a buffer equal to one EOD Dynamic Drawdown must always remain in the account: "no matter how many payouts you request, the buffer will always stay there." Five profitable days - a day of realised closed PnL of 0.3% or more - are required between payouts, and the first payout is exempt. E8 charges no payout fee of its own: "We don't charge any commissions or fees for payouts, but the processor of the payouts may charge depending on the option you are using." Median stats: 11 hours request-to-approval, 24 hours request-to-funds. The $100 minimum is measured after the split ("with 80% payout, you need to request at least $125").
