Due to the restrictions put on us by our US FCM (our Clearing firm), and broker, we cannot accept traders who are citizens or residents of the countries listed below. Or traders who are visiting these countries for an extended period of time and are predominantly trading from these countries. Please note, this applies if you are a citizen or resident of any country on the list. If you were resident in a permitted country, but a citizen of a prohibited country, you would not be able to open an account with TradeDay. Similarly, if you were a citizen of a permitted country, but a resident of a prohibited country, you would also not be able to open an account with TradeDay. Finally, if you are visiting these countries for an extended period of time and are predominantly trading from these countries, you would also not be able to open an account with TradeDay. We would suggest traders do not trade if they are visiting these countries. Please note this is NOT TradeDay's decision and is beyond our control, so please don't ask us to make exceptions.
