Conditional Exceptions Nationals of Iran, Syria, or Myanmar may be accepted only if both of the following conditions are met: They provide valid documentation confirming residency in a country that is part of the European Economic Area (EEA); We are able to verify a bank account held in their name, issued by a traditional bank (not neo bank or fintech) operating within an EEA country.
