FTMO does not provide services to the following categories of individuals or entities: Persons (both nationals and residents) from Iran, Syria, Myanmar, and North Korea; Individuals listed on international sanction lists; Individuals with a criminal record related to financial crime or terrorism; Persons previously banned due to a breach of contract; Corporate clients structured as company trusts. Conditional Exceptions Nationals of Iran, Syria, or Myanmar may be accepted only if both of the following conditions are met: They provide valid documentation confirming residency in a country that is part of the European Economic Area (EEA); We are able to verify a bank account held in their name, issued by a traditional bank (not neo bank or fintech) operating within an EEA country.
